Targa Hong Kong Limited (Targa), the leading provider of PC sharing solution was chosen to support the World Trade Organisation(WTO) Sixth Ministerial Conference which took place in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre between 13-18 December, as the only vendor that could fulfill the intensive secure networked computing requirements for the six-day conference. The conference provided the largest scale of public computers to the participants amongst the previous conferences.

The Targa PC sharing solution provided a stable, secure, fast and low cost computing platform which including host PC, OfficeStation, LCD monitor, keyboard and mouse. The solution deployed throughout the conference venue including the Press Centre, NGO Centre, Delegates Centre, Cyber Cafe and LDC Lounge Area; in which it supports up to 500 concurrent users during the conference.

According to WTO secretariat estimation, around 11,000 people including the delegates, journalists, and NGO participants joined the WTO conference. Targa equipments are opened to all participants for preparing and printing documents, as well as for connecting to the Internet.
